User Agreement

The terms for using the VibeHauss website, events, media, and text message program.

By visiting or using the VibeHauss website, events, media, or text message program (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. VibeHauss is operated by Makoa Creative Agency, doing business as VibeHauss. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VibeHauss produces cultural events, hosts a podcast and other media, and shares updates with its community by website, email, and text message.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or join our text message program. Individual events may set their own age requirements.

Program name: VibeHauss Updates. Sender: Makoa Creative Agency, doing business as VibeHauss.

What you will receive: event announcements, ticket and RSVP reminders, schedule or venue changes, and community updates and offers from VibeHauss events and brands.

• Consent: you opt in by giving your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example through a sign-up form, ticket checkout, or by texting a keyword to us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of attending an event.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact us at m@makoa.us or 510-815-4403.
• Carriers: wireless carriers and their partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Tickets are sold through our ticketing partners, such as Eventbrite, and are subject to their terms and the refund policy shown at purchase. Events may be changed, rescheduled, or cancelled. You agree to follow venue rules and staff instructions. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who puts others at risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Send spam, viruses, or malicious code
• Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

The Service, including the VibeHauss name, logos, brand names, event names, photography, video, audio, and written content, is owned by Makoa Creative Agency or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you send us content, such as photos, comments, or messages, you keep your rights and give us a license to use it to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for the legality of what you send.

Events may be photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that your image and likeness may appear in photos, video, and audio we use to document and promote our events and media.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for interruptions, third-party service failures, or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makoa Creative Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or attendance at an event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Makoa Creative Agency from claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may change or discontinue the Service, and update these Terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
